Welcome to the Flamingos room! Our 3-year-old preschool is designed to reinforce the skills taught and learned in 3K and 4K classrooms. Activities planned are play-based and hands-on. The children in the Flamingos class are silly and creative. They are beginning to understand more learning concepts such as letters, numbers, a strong sense of self, body control, emotional awareness, and a genuine curiosity for the world around them. Preschoolers are given many opportunities during the day to practice writing and drawing, they paint, color, build, and engage in imaginative play. Our teaching methods encourage a love of learning, self-motivation and determination, increased self-esteem, compassion for others, self-calming techniques, and concentration. This is such a fun age of discovery and one that truly prepares the children for more intentional learning!
