Are you ready for a Summer Kamp adventure?

Location: Westside Christian School • 6815 Schneider Rd., Middleton (just off the beltline)
KTK Summer Kamp is designed to unite all the fun of summer break with continued education, exploration and growth. Your child will enjoy a thematic approach to learning throughout the course of the summer that will entertain, inspire and prepare them for the upcoming school year. A new theme each week will be enhanced with field trips, art projects and academic activities. Your child’s mind, body and spirit will grow through weekly swimming excursions, outdoor exploration and play, Bible games and activities, healthy snacks and an overall emphasis on building a strong character and love of learning.
Summer Kamp is a summer program for school-age children in kindergarten through grade six. The program can accommodate up to 34 children, 17 in a group for kindergarten through second grade and 17 in a group for third through sixth grades.

*Participants attending Westside’s Vacation Bible School program the week of July 23 - 27 are eligible for a discount of $15 per day enrolled.

Pricing
Build an experience for your child that works best for your family! Choose as few as two fun-filled weeks or spend the whole summer with us. There are also options for three, four and five days per week. Pricing is shown per week per child. For parents with more than one child enrolled, you may take a 5% discount off each additional child’s rates.
Reservations
A nonrefundable $20 fee per child per week is required to reserve your spot in Summer Kamp. The fee will then be applied to the week you reserve. On the registration form, please indicate the weeks your child will be at-tending, as well as the days during that week. There is a 2-week minimum for the summer and a 2-day minimum per week. Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis, with priority given to families who reserve space for the entire program.
Registration
There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per child for families who are new to Koala-T-Kare. If your child was enrolled in our preschool program, the registration fee is $25 per child. A registration form, all required intake forms and a check for all fees need to be submitted before your reservation can be confirmed (see attachments below). A confirmation email will be sent when your reservation is confirmed. Return completed forms to our main office at 6300 Enterprise Lane, Madison, WI 53719 or fax to 608-271-7006.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by May 1, 2012, to avoid penalties. If you cancel or reduce your schedule after May 1 but prior to May 29, you will forfeit your reservation fee. If you cancel or reduce your schedule after May 29, you will forfeit your reservation fee and be charged 50% of the cost of the cancelled reservation.
